These consist of no less than 2 and no more than 5 clients. These are like-minded individuals looking to build lean muscle and gain strength.

Sessions are based at Sunninghill Virgin Active. Time availability is noted below.

All sessions will be in person with Queen, and virtually coached by Justin Swartz.

-2 group sessions a week.

-Access to our coaching app where you will be coached with your nutrition and receive additional workouts.

-In App habit coaching

-In App nutrional tracking and coaching

We believe that we can help you achieve your results and journeying towards the best version of yourself, by purchasing this service you accept that your relationship with Justin & Queen from JS Fitness(Pty) Ltd is for a minimum of 3 months and there after month to month with 1 months’ notice period of discontinuation.
If for any reason other than illness or due to limited clients available for the session(less than 2 clients), your trainer needs to cancel the semi-private session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be granted a complimentary semi-session at the next regular scheduled time. In return, your Trainer requests a 24-hour notice of a semi – private session cancellation from you. Failure to do so will result in you being charged your session rate.

Contract Period
