Ingredients
1/2cup Berries
Hand Full Walnuts raw or Almond nuts(optional)
1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
1 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder(optional)
1/2cup fat free milk or fat free yoghurt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all Ingredients in a bowl or jar
Step 2
Place in the fridge overnight to create a pudding consistency
