About the Recipe

This recipe can be used as a breakfast idea or a snack. When it settles in the fridge it has a pudding like texture, amazing flavor and can be varied with endless topping possibilities. It leaves you feeling satisfied and so energized!

Ingredients

  • 1/2cup Berries

  • Hand Full Walnuts raw or Almond nuts(optional)

  • 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds

  • 1 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder(optional)

  • 1/2cup fat free milk or fat free yoghurt

Preparation

Step 1


Combine all Ingredients in a bowl or jar


Step 2


Place in the fridge overnight to create a pudding consistency
