About the Recipe

A wholesome and nutritious breakfast or snack option, these cups are filled with Greek yoghurt and topped with fresh fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 banana mashed up

  • 1 + ½ cup blended oats

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil melted

Preparation

  • Mash banana in a large bowl and then add oats,Honey, cinnamon and pinch of salt

  • Fill a greased muffin tin with coconut oil with the granola mixture and use a spoon to form the crust

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 20 yo 30 minutes

  • Let it cool

  • Add in Greek yoghurt to each cup and fill with topping

  • Enjoy!
