A wholesome and nutritious breakfast or snack option, these cups are filled with Greek yoghurt and topped with fresh fruit

Ingredients
1 banana mashed up
1 + ½ cup blended oats
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon coconut oil melted
Preparation
Mash banana in a large bowl and then add oats,Honey, cinnamon and pinch of salt
Fill a greased muffin tin with coconut oil with the granola mixture and use a spoon to form the crust
Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 20 yo 30 minutes
Let it cool
Add in Greek yoghurt to each cup and fill with topping
Enjoy!
