About the Recipe

A quick on the Go high Protein Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg

  • Chopped Carrots

  • Chopped Bell Pepper

  • 20g KJ controlled feta

  • Chives

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 1 tbsp Smooth Cottage Cheese


  • Biltong Powder (optional)

Preparation

  • Add the Egg, carrots, bell pepper and feta to a microwavable mug and mix

  • Season with Chives, salt and pepper and mix again

  • Cook in the microwave for 50 seconds

  • Turn the egg muffin out on a plate and top with cottage cheese, biltong powder and chives

  • Enjoy!
