A quick on the Go high Protein Breakfast

Ingredients
1 Egg
Chopped Carrots
Chopped Bell Pepper
20g KJ controlled feta
Chives
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp Smooth Cottage Cheese
Biltong Powder (optional)
Preparation
Add the Egg, carrots, bell pepper and feta to a microwavable mug and mix
Season with Chives, salt and pepper and mix again
Cook in the microwave for 50 seconds
Turn the egg muffin out on a plate and top with cottage cheese, biltong powder and chives
Enjoy!
